This PickWise customer runs an organic growing
and packing operation:
This relatively small but complex customer was previously recording all yield and production using a paper based system. This required extensive hours of keying in figures from hand written sheets emanating from the field and packhouse, to spreadsheets and payroll software. They now use PickWise software on mobile handsets and a PC to record and report on yield, labour and production.

This customer runs a top and soft fruit operation:
Before this customer introduced PickWise they used paper tickets to trace fruit from field to packhouse, which was both timely and caused bottlenecks at the weighing stations. All production is now barcode scanned at the packhouse eliminating picker down time on the field.
“As it (PickWise) is recording all the work done and wages for the workers electronically, we don’t waste time doing it manually. At the end of the week it is only a matter to print out wage pay slips”.
